Step 1 - Cedar wood from Michigan

Step 2 - the wood is cut into blocks

Step 3 - the blocks are turned on a lathe

Step 4 - blocks that have been shaped

Step 5 - the top & bottom are cut and the bait is sanded

Step 6 - the slot for the bills is cut

Special jigs made up for different cuts on each bait

Step 7 - the eye holes are drilled

Waiting to be primed
